Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

AMJ Marketing Group ("AMJ," "we," "us," or "our") operates amjmarketing.com and related landing pages (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you fill out a form on the Site — such as a strategy call application, audit request, qualification quiz, or contact form — we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your full name, business name, email address, phone number, website or domain, business location, budget range, and your answers to qualification questions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, scroll activity, referring URLs, and general location (city/region level). See Section 3 for details on tracking technologies.

Booking information. If you schedule a call through our booking link, the scheduling is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling service, which collects the information you enter there (such as your name and email) under Google's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and schedule calls; evaluate whether our services are a fit for your business; provide, improve, and market our services; send you information you've requested and follow-up communications about our services; measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising; and comply with legal obligations.

By submitting a form with your email address or phone number, you consent to AMJ contacting you at that email or number regarding your inquiry and our services, including by phone call, email, or text message. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly.

3. Cookies, Meta Pixel & Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand how visitors use the Site, and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. The Pixel may collect information about your device, your actions on the Site (such as pages viewed and forms submitted), and match it to your Meta account if you have one. You can learn how Meta uses this data at facebook.com/privacy, and manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Analytics. We may use analytics tools to understand Site traffic and usage patterns in aggregate.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. Where required by applicable law, tracking technologies operate in accordance with the consent choices presented to you.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers that help us operate the Site and our business (such as our website platform, form and database provider, email services, scheduling tools, and advertising platforms), who may process your information only to provide services to us; advertising partners such as Meta, as described in Section 3, for measurement and advertising purposes; and legal recipients, if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, or property of AMJ or others. If AMJ is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain form submissions and related records for as long as needed to evaluate and service your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws in other states), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request a copy of it, the right to request correction or deletion, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@amjmarketing.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To opt out of targeted advertising via the Meta Pixel specifically, you can adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences or use browser-level controls.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as Google Calendar booking, social media platforms, and client websites). Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
